2CD / Multi-Region Blu-ray Clamshell Box Set Featuring The Classic Album 'Nude' By Camel. Including The Original Stereo Mix Alongside Stereo & 5.1 Surround Sound Mixes By Stephen W Tayler. With An Illustrated Booklet & Essay. Issued in January 1981, the album was a concept worked based upon the true story of a Japanese soldier who was marooned on a small island in the Pacific in World War II and did not realise that the war had ended. Eventually returning to his homeland he is greeted with huge crowds welcoming him, but longs for time to reflect. Later hailed as one of the best Progressive Rock albums of the 1980s, 'Nude' remains one of Camel's best loved works and features such classic tracks as 'City Life', 'Lies', 'Drafted' and 'Captured'. Upon it's release the album was a UK Top 40 hit and reached the Top 20 in several European countries. This three disc, 2CD & Multi-Region Blu-ray version features the original album mix remastered by Ben Wiseman, along with 5.1 surround sound and stereo mixes by Stephen W Tayler and includes an illustrated booklet with essay.
